Train, Fuel, Run, Repeat is targeted at beginner-intermediate level runners who are preparing for a running event, whether it’s 5km, 10km, a half marathon or marathon.

By attending this workshop, runners will gain a comprehensive understanding of how they can confidently plan their training and nutrition to maximise their preparation period with minimal stress and injury. Runners will also get an insight on race-day strategies and post-race recovery.
