The Sporting Knee: Rehab Management Rehab exercises for five common sporting knee injuries

Presented at La Trobe University (Dec 2017)

This workshop is targeted at field and track populations who spend a lot of time running, jumping, changing directions and are at risk of knee injuries.

The one hour workshop is a brief overview of the rehab management of common sporting knee injuries which include: ACL lesions, meniscus lesions, the runner’s knee, patella tendinopathy and ITB syndrome. This increases awareness of the different types of soft and hard tissues that can be affected, and general timelines and requirements of the rehab process.
