This workshop is relevant for anyone who experiences any back pain- Whether it’s during heavy training only, or within day to day life with prolonged sitting, standing, walking etc.

From this one-hour workshop, you will have a brief overview of lower back pain and will help you easily understand your type of presentation through your symptoms. You will learn pain-relief techniques and rehab exercises to fix your lower back in the long-term.
