This workshop is directed at all long distance runners, from beginners to advanced, who want to know how they can implement strength training on top of their running.

In the 2 hours, topics covered include common running injuries, running biomechanics and how to make your own strength training plan to complement running training for ultimate results. This has been one of the most popular workshops with a lot of interaction, humour, and practical advice.
